 How should I apply for Mamy services? |

Call us now!
English-speaking staff will assist you.
You will receive our brochure and application form in your mailbox. Please fill out the form with your personal details (ex. your child's name, map from nearest station, etc.).
If you are urgently needing a babysitter the different procedure may be applied. Please consult with the operator.

| How should I pay for the services? |
|
We only receive payment into our bank account.
All fees and other costs are calculated at the end of each month. And you will receive the invoice around the middle of next month.
SORRY! We do not accept credit cards!

| Can I use babysitting coupons? |
|
We accept below coupons.

| Will same babysitter/housekeeper come every time? |

When you are making regular reservations or advanced reservations, our coordinators will try to send the same staff every time.
In other cases, different staff may come. |
| Can I appoint certain babysitter/housekeepers? |
|
Certainly you can.
Our coordinators will try their best to send your favorite babysitters/housekeepers. And it's free of charge!

| What's membership and non-membership? |
|
When you join our Mamy Membership, you can receive our services at membership prices, order membership-only service (child pickups), and use ABA coupons.
Non-membership customers will be charged of non-membership prices.

| My child has a fever. Can you send somebody today? |
|
We can arrange a babysitter for you today.
However, subject to our reservation conditions and when your child is very ill (38℃/100F or higher fever) we may not be able to send babysitters.
Please consult with our coordinator. |
| Can you send babysitters to only pick up my child? |
|
The minimum service time for babysitting is 2 hours for members and 3 hours for non-members.
Members (annual fee: 10,000 yen) can use our "pickup service" (1-hour service) which cost 3,000yen. |
| Can you dispatch a babysitter instantly? |
|
Yes we can. Also, we can send babysitters early in the morning and late at night because our service is 24-7.
We will try our best to meet your urgent needs.
Working overtime and running late for picking up your child? Then call us.

| I feel sick. Can I use babysitting services while I'm home? |
|
Of course you can.
We provide babysitting services while mothers/fathers are at home.
When you are feeling sick, needing time to sit and relax, working SOHO, nursing night-crying babies, taking care of twins and triplets (even quadruplets!), we will be happy to be of your help.
Many of our staff are also experienced mothers. When you are concerned with any child-rising problems, we can arrange consultations for you. |
| I need a babysitter during my best friend's wedding!! |

As long as safe place is secured for children, we can send our babysitters to hotels, parks, child centers, children's library, playrooms, and other places.
Babysitters can also take your child out to play when you are working/doing chores at home.
We do not provide babysitting services at places dangerous for children (balconies, car parks, rivers, etc.) or places requires silence (quiet restaurants, hotel receptions, hospital waiting rooms). |
| I am having a club meeting, and we all need babysitters! |

We can send more than one sitter for your club meetings and other gatherings to provide group services.
Please feel free to consult with our coordinators. |
| I have a business trip. Can babysitters stay overnight? |
|
We can provide babysitting services for more than one day. Babysitters may take shifts in those cases.
When providing especially long service, we may request advanced payment.

| I love my child, but sometimes I need time away! |
|
Ask our services for any reason at all!
Go visit hair dressers, gyms, movies, travels, beauty massages. Spending some quality time alone with your partner is also nice.
You do not have to be hard-working parent all the time. Let's take a good break.
Mamy will be more than happy to help you at such occasions. |
